What could be better than a whole summer — or lifetime even — of swimming to Japan and playing rousing games of Kim Jong Uno?
It was time for pros and cons on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” Tuesday night as Fallon took a look at the advantages and disadvantages of going to summer camp in North Korea. Though it might be hard to find time to squeeze in a session this summer, next summer is always an open option.
Fallon explained that North Korea had just opened a summer camp to allow kids to see what life would be like in that country, but cautioned that “just because it sounds like a good idea, doesn’t mean it is.” He suggested that it would include classic camp favorites like “swimming” but added the caveat “to Japan.”
Other activities had a special twist, like the card game Uno.
“Pro: staying up late with your bunkmates and playing North Korea’s most popular card game,” joked Fallon. “Con: Kim Jong Uno.”
From telling scary stories to suffering through camp food, Fallon spoofed it all. But what exactly is in the camp sloppy joes?
