Epic fail: Hillary’s tweet says keep guns away from ‘domestic partners’

Hillary Clinton is against guns so much that she thinks we need to keep them away from “domestic partners.” At least that’s what a typo tweet communicated at 2:05 ET on Thursday. The tweet was up for over an hour and a half, and had plenty of puzzled retweets as Twitchy reported.

In some user’s retweets, the original still appears.

Many users predictably took the opportunity to poke fun at Hillary and the tweet. Some of these even included supporters of gun control.

Another amusing tweet called it “crap.”

Others ran with the “domestic partners” and joked that perhaps guns can only belong to single people.

Some tweets even suggested a genuine confusion.

The tweet was clearly not meant to say “domestic partners,” but rather “domestic abusers,” as it now reads. Still, it is an error so obvious that it should not have occurred in the first place. Perhaps the Hillary campaign is too hellbent on getting rid of guns that they can’t be bothered to notice such typos.

And, with Hillary’s focus on gun control, would it really be that unheard of for her to advocate removing guns from “domestic partners?”

Hillary likes to proclaim herself of a champion of women, but there’s a pro-gun solution to do that too, like allowing women to protect themselves against stalkers by arming themselves.
