If Jeopardy host Alex Trebek ever needs a day off, the Rev. Al Sharpton could easily fill in! Except when Sharpton hosts the game show, all of the answers are the same: “Who is Cruz?”
On Thursday night’s episode of Politics Nation, Sharpton parodied Trebek’s show by creating negative clues about Cruz. The Texas Tea Partier was the answer to a clue on the actual game show recently, a moment he tweeted was “pretty cool.”

In response, Sharpton slammed Cruz by creating his own version of the game show.
“I know I don’t agree much with Ted Cruz, but it is pretty cool to be a question on Jeopardy,” Sharpton said. “Means you’re a household name — and we know that’s what he’s going for.”
The Reverend then read off three clues that implied Cruz was lying about Obamacare and spliced those together with the clip of the contestant answering “Who is Cruz?” Sharpton closed out Cruz Jeopardy by once again stressing that President Barack Obama’s healthcare law is working and that millions are being helped by it.
“The Republicans who keep trashing the law are really the ones in jeopardy,” he jabbed.
