TGI Friday’s in the UK is deploying mistletoe-bearing drones to hover over its guests during the holidays.
The tiny drones will come equipped with kiss cams to immortalize all the awkward moments that ensue.
An ad for the drones claims that, to TGI Friday’s dismay, “Half of U.K. adults have never had a kiss under the mistletoe.”
Rachel Waller, a spokesperson for TGI Friday’s, spoke about the company’s plans to “offer guests the encouragement they need to make their move,” and their great aspirations for “our first mistletoe drone wedding” in an interview with the Manchester Evening News.
No word yet on how Rand Paul and his wife Kelley feel about the idea.
