Wheelchair-bound woman who won a treadmill on The Price Is Right jokes with Kimmel about her win

Earlier this week, the internet went crazy over this clip of a wheelchair-bound contestant on The Price Is Right receiving–a treadmill.

But luckily the contestant, Danielle Perez, is a comedian with a great sense of humor.

“People keep asking me what I’m gonna do with it and I said, ‘I  guess I’ll just do what everyone else does—just use it as a piece of furniture,'” she joked with Jimmy Kimmel.

“Well I wanted to sell the treadmill but now after all of this, it’s like I have to keep it,” she said. “I’m gonna cast it in bronze and have it as a trophy to my network television debut.”

As for people who were offended by the show’s (random) choice of prizes, “That’s so crazy to me,” she said. “That’s so insane.”

But Kimmel still wanted to give Perez a prize she could really enjoy—so he gave her a completely wheelchair-accessible cruise, all expenses paid.
