Gwyneth Paltrow couldn’t get enough of President Obama at her Thursday DNC fundraiser, gushing, “You’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly.”
Paltrow hosted the DNC fundraiser at her home in ritzy Brentwood, Los Angeles, where 200 people paid $1,000-$32,400 to attend the reception and dinner.
“I am one of your biggest fans, if not the biggest,” Paltrow told Obama, according to the pool report.
She also expressed her dream of a vastly more powerful presidency: “It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass.”
Stars like Julia Roberts and Bradley Whitford were seen mingling in the crowd.
Paltrow told her audience that equal pay legislation is “very important to me as a working mother.”
