One of the most dishonest claims being made by liberals such as Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) is that the Department of Homeland Security is engaged in “racial profiling” in its enforcement of federal immigration laws.

Reps. Sylvia Garcia and Rep. Al Green, both Texas Democrats, also claim that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is racially profiling residents in the greater Houston area.
