The Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee voted to send a 15.5-year lease between the Port of San Francisco and Lou’s Pier 47 to the full board for a vote Tuesday.
That means the restaurant and bar will continue operations at 300 Jefferson St. on Fisherman’s Wharf.
The deal will ensure the establishment pays the Port at least $2.505,723 during the lease term. The business had had a 30-year lease with the Port that expired in 2007.
