44th president?

Hillary Clinton

may be famous, but she’s got a lot of celebrity company.

A fundraiser Wednesday at the City Center Lot (where the old D.C. Convention Center once stood) invites supporters to “make history” with “Hillary, our 44th president.”

“Babyface” Edmonds and “American Idol” Katharine McPhee will be singing. Also in the mix for the “jeans and sneakers” event aimed at younger, lower-level donors: tennis legend Billie Jean King, author Maya Angelou, Geraldine Ferraro and Madeleine Albright.

Now how much would you pay? Twenty bucks will get you in the door, but you didn’t think team Hillary would pass up a chance to raise more, did you?

Those who contribute up to $1,000 also have access to an “issues forum” breakfast, a “media-training workshop” and a “Council of Champions After Party.”
