The dude never learns. Or maybe he just thinks others don’t pay attention. Regardless, he’s now operating a Web site called Nails Investments, running ads for the site on CNBC. He claims to be 141-0 in investing advice. For $899 a year, subscribers get his investment forecasts — and a free baseball to boot! Such a deal, right? Did we mention how he filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and how he said he owed more than $10 million to several creditors? Might be important to know before checking out the site.
