The place to be Thursday night was actually multiple places. Washington Life magazine began its annual Young & The Guest List party by asking all invitees to first meet at the St. Regis Hotel. They were then whisked away to two secret locations: First, Georgetown’s Halcyon House, then late-night at Josephine Lounge.
The evening had a fantastical “French carnival” theme and was planned by Andre Wells.
