Dwight Howard hogged attention throughout the NBA lockout. In the opposite manner of the Decision, the center waffled during the condensed season, pleading to be traded behind the scenes only to cave in and waive his right to opt out of his Orlando Magic contract at the trade deadline.
It’s only fitting that reports of a Howard trade would surface not just during the Olympics but just as the U.S. team reaches the crucial knockout stage of its march toward a gold medal.
