The District of Columbia announced an agreement with the Washington Nationals Saturday on rent for Nationals Park stadium.
The Nationals had been refusing to pay some $3.5 million in rent, claiming the stadium was incomplete.
“The Nationals have agreed to release the rent payment,” the two sides said in a joint statement, “and all parties will work together from this point forward and have resolved all outstanding issues.”
