Frank gets frank

Note to reporters: Don’t keep Rep. Barney Frank waiting…

The famously prickly congressman was on a conference call last week and, in the midst of dissing Mitt Romney, he stopped to criticize an aide for putting him on hold due to “technical difficulties.”

“I’m skeptical that there are technical difficulties,” said Frank (unaware that reporters were still on the line). “I don’t like to sit on hold for no good reason.”
