The “ ‘B**** set me up.’ — The Marion Barry Appreciation Society” group boasts nearly 900 members and lists a virtual “Greatest Hits” of Barry’s more legendary quotes, including “If you take out the killings, Washington actually has a very very low crime rate” and “I promise you a police car on every sidewalk.”
