The Examiner
The Ravens are on the road facing a HUGE game against the Browns. The game will determine who is in second place in the AFC North. The game is on WJZ-13 and WUSA-9. Radio is WBAL/98Rock. Game is at 1pm and pregame on radio starts at 10am with ESPN 1300AM also looking at 10am pregame.
The Ravens hope to win on Sunday and then the team and their fans will bee cheering for the Redskins to beat the Steelers on ESPN Monday Night Football.
Thus will begin a strange series of events over the rest of the season where Ravens fans will be rooting for the Redskins to beat Cincinnati on December 14th. Meanwhile the Redskins fans will be cheering for Baltimore when they face the Giants on November 16th, the next week against the Eagles and once again a December date with the Cowboys.
More to come as the games get closer….
Ravens fans the postgame shows will be on WJZ and MASN after the Ravens – Browns game. Redskins fans I will have a complete MNF breakdown on Monday and an interview with Ron Jaworski in the Sunday Examiner.
The double header game is New York at Dallas at 4pm on FOX5 and 45. This one is a strange one for the Redskins fans as they may want to cheer for a Cowboys win.
At 8pm on NBC4 and WBAL-11 it will be the Pats and the Colts and if Indy has any hopes for a playoff spot they have to win this game. But could be tough, the Pats seem to find ways to win these marquee games…Radio on ESPN 980AM and WBAL 1090AM with good friend Dave Sims and former Ravens offensive co-ordinator Jim Fassell calling the game for CBS Radio/Westwood One.
