Popular local sports talk host Anita Marks has been taped to join the national broadcast team for the United Football League to be seen on Versus.
Marks will be the sideline reporter on the national broadcasts and it is a well deserved assignment for broadcaster and long overdue.
Her love and knowledge of football is well documented and now she will have a national stage to showcase it and that is good news for fans of the 105.7FM The Fan and the MASN sports talker.
Marks will join a very impressive team lead by one of the best football play by play men in the business in Dave Sims. He was taped by the UFL as the voice of their broadcasts and very familiar to area fans as the voice of NFL Sunday Night Football on Westwood One radio. Not to mention his NCAA college basketball broadcasts.
The talented Sims will be joined by two of ESPN’s busiest college football analysts and former NFL quarterbacks in Doug Flutie and Kordell Stewart.
The UFL broadcast will be seen in high definition on Versus and here is the schedule:
