Ante and Kathy Pavkovic and their daughter, Christen Sugar, the three Christian activists arrested in the Senate gallery on July 12 for allegedly disrupting the first-ever prayer there by a Hindu clergyman, had their day in court Tuesday.
The trio appeared at D.C. District Court — or “man’s court” as they called it — to stand up for the “forsaken God of our forefathers.”
The judge appointedlawyers for them and gave them a hearing date of Sept. 11.
