President Bush
turned 61 on Friday, and he’s one Hawaiian shirt richer for it.On July 4, when the commander in chief actually celebrated his birthday, staffers presented him with the custom-made shirt, which, according to a well-placed source, was “imprinted not with big, loud flowers, but rather with images of events and figures that have been important in his life, including, yes, an image of Barney, his Scottish terrier.”
Bush’s reaction? “Vaguely skeptical, yet polite,” says our spy.
