We all remember when, in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, hip-hop star Kanye West declared “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.”
Well, two years later, West still isn’t backing down from his statement, despite the serious flak he’s received for the remarks.

ABC’s “Nightline” will air an interview with West this evening and, when ABC’s Terry Moran asked Kanye about the incident’s aftershock, Westsays, “I think it changed my life for the better.”
“I mean, I have a hard time believing that George Bush cares about anyone,” says West. “So, sidebar, black people also. You know?”
