Where are they now?: Caitlin Garman, Lacrosse

This goalie made an impact as a freshman with the Colonials last season, and has since entrenched herself in the crease for the long haul.

Garman shared time in goal this season, but played nearly 90 percent of the team?s minutes. She made 143 saves in 17 games, including 15 starts, for a save percentage of .485, according to the George Washington athletics website.

In 2005, Garman played in 15 games, including seven starts. She played the bulk of the minutes in the cage for GWU, and turned aside 66 shots for a 7.26 goals against average.

Garman also played field hockey in high school, and was the captain of the squad for her final two seasons at Friends.

Garman helped Friends to the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland B Conference title during her senior year, one of two seasons during which she captained the team.
