She hasn?t scored or assisted on a goal, but Dumais is a key player for the Blue Jays.
Through ten games, Dumais has not missed a start. She has only attempted one shot, but the 5-foot-7 defender has helped the Blue Jays to a 9-1 overall record, including a 3-0 mark in the American Lacrosse Conference.
The Blue Jays have outscored their opponents 132-79 through ten games. Credit, of course, is due to the offense for its output, but also to a strong defense that allows just 7.9 goals per game.
She has also controlled six draws and handled eight groundballs in her sophomore campaign.
As a freshman, Dumais participated in 14 contests, without a start. She scored one goal and picked up an assist.
Dumais helped lead Maryvale Prep to an IAAM title in 2002, before captaining her team in her senior campaign.
