Is Tommy Ridge getting ready to join them? While his father, former Pennsylvania Gov. and Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, co-chairs John McCain’s national campaign, Tommy is partying it up at Catholic University of America in Northeast. Don’t believe us? Check out his Facebook profile, which is open to the public and features pictures of him vomiting in toilets (and, apparently, in the Metro system), playing beer pong, posing with gaggles of attractive young lasses, and otherwise partaking in a rather “Animal House”-esque version of the college experience. And no, according to his profile, he won’t be 21 until this summer.
The elder Ridge spoke at Catholic last Monday at the invitation of the college Republicans.
Tommy, who jet sets between the District and Southern California, barely made the speech by dear old pop. Understandably he was a little disoriented. What did Tommy have to say about his quick weekend trip west? “One of the funniest times I have ever been at a strip club … good times.”
If the former governor can just land that vice presidential nomination that some have speculated about, Tommy could be the gift that keeps on giving.
