When college football coaching vacancies arise, it’s not unusual to hear Navy coach Ken Niumatalolo‘s name mentioned as an attractive candidate. And why not? His 27 wins are the most in school history for a coach in his first three seasons.
On Thursday, however, Navy helped ensure Niumatalolo remains happy in Annapolis by signing him to a long-term extension. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
