Diddy does Ibiza

When you’re rap star/business mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, you can pretty much do what you want, when you want. Which would explain why, on Thursday night, Diddy showed up two hours late to the Northeast nightclub Ibiza, much to the chagrin of clubgoers eager to get a glimpse of the mogul.
Diddy and DJ Geometrix co-hosted the event, which was promoting Diddy’s Sean John clothing line. And, naturally, security was everywhere when Diddy finally rolled in at 1 a.m., even though the club’s advertising said he would be there at 11 p.m.
One Yeas & Nays spy — especially annoyed by Diddy’s late arrival — recalled that this is the second time in recent memory when a rapper swung through D.C. and showed up late, after Snoop Dogg did the same at Love nightclub this month.
“What do they think this is, the West Coast?” our spy complained.
