Beep, beep veep!
A Yeas & Nays spy tells us that some D.C. tourists to Vice President Dick Cheney’s hometown — Jackson Hole, Wyoming — grew a bit frustrated with the veep after some mechanical difficulties on Air Force Two delayed the flights of several travelers. (Cheney made the Wyoming visit, in part, to vote in a local primary election and attend some fundraisers.)
Passengers in the Jackson Hole airport were left to stew for several hours due to the problems on Air Force Two and the delay was protracted when Cheney reversed course after departing, and returned to the airport.
One plane of disgruntled fliers were told by a joking pilot, “He forgot his cell phone.”
