Melvin Mora sat in the Orioles? clubhouse Sunday morning, sporting six light-blue wristbands up and down his forearms.

The father of six was simply representing each one of his kids – who woke him up early Sunday morning.

“They came to my bedroom early with a bunch of cards,” Mora said. “Each of the kids had a little card and they told me ?Happy Father?s Day.?”

But Mora?s 5-year-old quintuplets aren?t quite old enough to make their Dad the customary Father?s Day breakfast.

“I had to make them breakfast,” Mora said with a smile.

Mora and his wife, Gisel, have six children, including oldest daughter Tatiana. The quintuplets ? Christian, Matthew, Genesis, Rebekah and Jada ? will turn six on July 28.

Mora?s family was at the ballpark Sunday as the Orioles and Major League Baseball celebrated Father?s Day.

The blue wristbands ? to raise awareness of and funds to fight prostate cancer ? were available for each one of the Orioles players in the clubhouse Sunday morning.

TEJADA GETS DAY AS DH: When Miguel Tejada wants a day off, he gets it. The O?s shortstop ? playing in his 1,149th consecutive game Sunday ? got a break as the team?s designated hitter for the final game of the homestand.

“He asked to DH,” manager Sam Perlozzo said. “He said he?s a little tired, and when he asks for it, we accommodate himwhen we can.”

Freddie Bynum got his second start at shortstop Sunday.

ROSTER CHANGES: The Orioles rotated in a pair of relievers Saturday afternoon, recalling Cory Doyne and Jim Hoey from Triple-A Norfolk. Danys Baez (forearm) was placed on the 15-day disabled list, while Todd Williams was released.

Doyne was 0-1 with a 1.99 ERA and 19 saves at Triple-A Norfolk, while Hoey recorded 14 saves in 20 games at Double-A Bowie before moving up to Norfolk on June 16. In 26 combined games, he struck out 40 with just six walks.

Perlozzo indicated Sunday that catcher Ramon Hernandez would be ready to return from the disabled list on June 22 – the club?s first game at Arizona.
