Iraqi President Jalal Talabani was spotted in the lobby of the Willard Hotel Thursday night amid heavy security outside. Looking relaxed and pleasant after his meeting with President Bush, he smiled hello to renowned Washington headhunter, former CIA officer and Paul Newman look-alike Pete Metzger, who was — alas — meeting another potential candidate for an undisclosed assignment. No word as to whether Talabani is seeking a different high-profile role post-presidency.
