We’ve heard critics of the Department of Defense under President Bush refer to it as a “Mickey Mouse operation,” but we didn’t think they were serious until we saw this news release issued Monday by the Pentagon:
“In fiscal year 2007 so far, more than 190,000 soldiers have enlisted or re-enlisted in the Army — that is equivalent to every man, woman, child and Disney character in Orlando, Fla.”
To us, it just sounds Goofy.
