AT&T National: 5 to watch

Five players to watch at this weekend’s AT&T National:

Tiger Woods
He’s no longer the official host in name, but it’s still his tournament. He’s the defending champ and the top-ranked player in the field, and the event benefits his foundation. What better place for him to get his first 2010 win?.

Ricky Barnes

He teamed with J.B. Holmes on Monday and Tuesday for a best-ball 63-58 – 121, the lowest score in seven years in the CVS Caremark Charity Classic. Barnes has three top 10s in his last four events, including a tie for fifth last week.

Rickie Fowler
With seven top-10 finishes since turning pro in October, it’s only a matter of time for the 21-year-old. He led on the back nine in the final round at Phoenix and Muirfield Village but tumbled to second place in both. Fowler had a tie for 13th last week.

Sean O’Hair
The only Aronimink member in the field. He grew up in Texas but moved to West Chester, 12 miles west, after he was married. O’Hair competed at Aronimink in the 1997 U.S. Junior Amateur, losing in the semifinals to Trevor Immelman.

Jim Furyk
A Pennsylvanian through and through. He was born in West Chester, raised in the Pittsburgh suburbs and won a state championship at Manheim Township HS in Lancaster County. He can become the first three-time winner on tour this year.
