Think that the bad blood between Heather Mills and former hubby Paul McCartney is over and done with? Think again. Mills was in town Saturday for the Animal Rights Conference at Alexandria’s Hilton hotel and her newest BFF Karen Dawn (author of “Thanking the Monkey”) introduced pal Mills at the podium by peppering her remarks with a critique of “the problems with Sir Paul” (wink wink, nudge nudge).
