Strasburg leads all major league pitchers with 11.64 strikeouts per nine innings. Only five pitchers have a better strikeout-to-walks ratio than Strasburg’s (4.57). He was named to the National League All-Star team for the first time. Sunday’s outing will be his sixth career start against Miami, the most against any team.
