Defender Bobby Boswell writes on his blog, www.bobbyboswell.com: Emilio “LOVES to sing. But, only one song — James Blunt’s ‘Beautiful’ is his song of choice. He hasn’t quite learned all of the words, but man does he give it a good shout.”
Another source tells Yeas & Nays, “Whenever the song comes on in the locker room, he belts it out despite not yet having a strong grasp on the English language nor the lyrics.”
Boswell took the liberty of taking some video from the locker room and posting it, which has created a bit of a sensation among D.C.’s soccer subculture.
