Haynesworth: America’s most unwanted

Albert Haynesworth made it difficult for the Redskins to keep him. He’s making it even tougher if they want to trade him.

Because of his latest issues — the alleged road rage incident and the alleged sexual assault of a D.C. waitress — Haynesworth might have nixed any ability the Redskins had to trade him. That is, if there’s not a lockout.

“I’ll be shocked if they get anything for this guy,” one NFL source said.

There wasn’t a long list of possible trade partners before Haynesworth’s latest off-field hits. And one of them, Tennessee, lost the two people who would have welcomed him back: coach Jeff Fisher and line coach Jim Washburn.

With Washburn now the defensive line coach in Philadelphia, there’s a chance the Eagles could get involved. But would the Redskins really try to help them? The Eagles have a reputation, along with Oakland, for being hard to trade with — Donovan McNabb not withstanding.

Once again, Haynesworth has made life difficult for his employer.
