The Redskins signed receiver Keith Eloi and cut punter Zac Aterberry after the end of the first organized team activity session. Eloi played the past two seasons at Nebraska-Omaha, where he caught 57 passes for 749 yards and five touchdowns. He also averaged 26.5 yards on 25 kickoff returns. Meanwhile, on the final day of the OTAs, defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, corner DeAngelo Hall, linebacker London Fletcher, fullback Mike Sellers, safety LaRon Landry, punter Hunter Smith and receivers James Thrash and Santana Moss were missing. Haynesworth, Hall and Smith had participated in the first three days. Moss and Thrash are hurt.
