Yeas & Nays has learned the former House majority leader will give an address at the Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock, Ark., and sign copies of his book, “No Retreat, No Surrender: One American’s Fight.”

He shouldn’t have much trouble coming up with an angle: The book has an inside account of the impeachment proceedings against President Clinton, and the address coincides nicely with the 10-year anniversary of the scandal. DeLay will also analyze the 2008 presidential race, including what “HillBilly” (as he calls the former first couple) is capable of doing to secure the Democrat nomination.
