Celebrity chef Mario Batali dined at Ceviche in Silver Spring on Thursday.
Along with Travel Channel President Pat Younge, Batali’s group spoke about their shows and travels and exchanged ideas around the table.
Batali, clad in bright-yellow socks and orange Crocs, sampled the sorullitos, yuqitas, camarones, empanadas de carne and pollo.
“When they were finished, their plates were CLEAN!” a restaurant spokeswoman said.
