Rep. Mike Honda, D-Calif., is sporting a Winnie the Pooh stuffed animal inside the windshield of his car this week on Capitol Hill. A spokesman for the 4th term lawmaker said Honda “likes Winnie the Pooh. Someone gave it to him and he found it pleasant to look at.”
