Surprising story today in the Examiner (see link below) on Sea Island filing for bankruptcy. The exclusive resort on the South Georgia coast includes two of the top resort courses in the world — the Seaside and Plantation. Curious timing considering the new McGladrey Classic comes to the Seaside Course, Oct. 7-10, as part of the PGA Fall Series, the week after the Ryder Cup.
