It’s official: Rima Al-Sabah, one of the city’s top hostesses, is a mom for the fourth time. She and her husband, Kuwaiti Ambassador Salem Al-Sabah, welcomed a boy into the world Saturday.
In the run-up to the birth, Rima had no fewer than four showers, attended by Laura Bush and a who’s who of Washington women.
