Sunday NFL Shows return ready to roll

For the die hard’s the NFL Network gets started at 9am and here is what they have planned:

Highlighting its 2011 season premiere, NFL GameDay adds a Super Bowl MVP who also won a pair of AP NFL MVP awards to television’s most decorated NFL analyst team as Kurt Warner joins Rich Eisen, Marshall Faulk, Steve Mariucci, Warren Sapp and Michael Irvin on NFL GameDay Morning. In his second season with NFL Network, Warner becomes the sixth member on the desk to offer his insight prior to kickoff on NFL Sundays.

Warner adds to NFL Network’s already impressive analyst roster on Sundays that also includes three Hall of Famers with Deion Sanders, Warner’s former Rams teammate Faulk and Irvin. In August, Irvin signed a multi-year agreement to extend his relationship with NFL Network, as an analyst on NFL GameDay Morning, NFL GameDay Final and other network productions.

Live on remote, NFL Network’s new Thursday Night Football analyst Mike Mayock will also contribute his expertise on the weekend’s games with X-O analysis every week this season.

 This Sunday, NFL GameDay Morning kicks off its season premiere with an array of features and elements to get fans ready for the 2011 season. In addition, as the league kicks off on the 10th-anniversary of 9/11, NFL GameDay Morning reflects and remembers through the memories of individuals from the NFL and beyond.

 Michael Lombardi’s 1-on-1 conversation with Bill Belichick leads off this season’s ‘Sunday Sitdown,’ as the Patriots head coach on the brink of his 37th NFL coaching season embarks on a new year with a team that includes Chad Ochocinco and Albert Haynesworth joining veterans Tom Brady, Matt Light and Wes Welker.

ESPN gets an early start with their new 10am time slot.

Happy 25th  anniversary to Chris Berman and Tom Jacson as they are together again as part of ESPN’s award-winning Sunday morning preview show expands to three hours (previously two), beginning Sunday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m. ET with longtime host  Berman and analysts Jackson, Cris Carter, Mike Ditka, Keyshawn Johnson, Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter. In addition, MNF sideline reporter Suzy Kolber will move to a studio-based role this fall where she will work alongside two-time Super Bowl champion coach Bill Parcells and analyst Merril Hoge on Countdown. The show will include even more analysis, news, discussion and features
