Political messages
A message on the state of U.S. affairs to young, college-going scholars from Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter Seymour Hersh: “We have really screwed you guys.”
Those words of wisdom were spoken at the Campus Progress National Student Conference on Tuesday, hosted by the Center for American Progress. Hersh had an even more pleasant message for the moderator, author Asra Nomani, whose journalism class he visited when she was in college. “I was probably mad as hell at your class, because you were so [expletive] dumb,” he said.
