    FILE - This April 11, 2011 file photo shows attorney Alan Dershowitz at a hotel  in Kiev, Ukraine, where he was preparing to defend former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma, who was accused in the murder of an investigative journalist more than 10 years ago. The papers of the prominent lawyer and author are now available to researchers at Dershowitz's alma mater, Brooklyn College. Dershowitz donated his papers to Brooklyn College rather than Harvard, where he is a professor.
