An American citizen has been holed up in a Jerusalem apartment for more than a year, unable to return to his home in the U.S. after an Israeli rabbinical court confiscated his passport and banned him from traveling, claiming he’s the reason his son won’t grant a divorce to his estranged wife for my than a decade.
