FILE - This Jan. 28, 2014 file photo shows House John Boehner of Ohio, accompanied by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Va. speaking at Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington. House Republican leaders challenged President Barack Obama on Thursday to override the opposition of the Senate's top Democrat and help pass trade legislation the administration favors. "The president ought to stand up and lead on this issue," House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio said at a news conference at a two-day retreat for members of the party's rank-and-file. (AP Photo/J. FILE - In this Jan. 24, 2014 photo, a snowy owl rests on a ledge of a building in Washington. The National Zoo in Washington says that a snowy owl was apparently hit by a bus and is being treated at the Zoo. Zoo spokeswoman Annalisa Meyer says the owl was brought to the zoo shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014. A veterinarian was called in to treat the owl for an apparent head injury. It will then be transferred to a city rehabilitation facility. Snowy owls aren't usually seen in the region, but have been moving far south of their Arctic habitats searching for food due to a population spike. It's uncertain if this is the injured owl.
