Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, who is Jewish, told reporters after his budget address Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019 in Minneapolis that Israel should not ban Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. from visiting that country. Israel said Thursday that it will bar Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan from entering the country ahead of a planned visit over their support for a Paletinian-led boycott. "As a Jewish man, I totally disagree with it," Frey said.
