    NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- A pair of F-16 Fighting Falcons, assigned to the 27th Fighter Wing at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., head out for a Joint Red Flag mission over the Nevada Test and Training Range near here March 29.
