FILE - In this Aug. 15, 2018, file photo, Tony Evers, right, the Democratic candidate for Wisconsin governor and lieutenant governor Mandela Barnes speak with the media in Madison a day after winning their Democratic primaries. Evers and Republican Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, both cancer survivors, are clashing over health care. Kleefisch has a new television ad out Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, that says as long as she and Gov. Scott Walker are in office, people with pre-existing conditions will be guaranteed health insurance. But Evers says Walker has no credibility on the issue because he's been an ardent opponent of the Affordable Care Act, which guarantees coverage for people with pre-existing conditions.
