President Trump accepted the resignation of embattled Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt. Trump narrowed his list to three possible nominees to replace Supreme Court Justice Kennedy, and at the July Fourth White House picnic, Trump thanked military families “for keeping America safe, strong, proud, mighty, and free.”
