Jenna Bush Hager, the daughter of former President George W. Bush, says her grandmother Barbara is in “great spirits” after the family announced Sunday she is in failing health and will forgo medical treatment.

The former first lady, 92, “will focus on comfort care” after a series of hospitalizations, a statement from the office of George H.W. Bush said.
